Salad Selections

Your wedding package includes a selection of one plated salad and two dressings of your choice.

Caesar Salad
Crisp freshly cut romaine lettuce tossed in a traditional Caesar dressing then garnished with fresh grated Parmesan and crunchy homemade croutons.

Garden Salad
A blend of fresh cut tender red leaf lettuce and romaine lettuce tossed with english cucumbers and grape tomatoes.

Bistro BLT Salad
Fresh cut blend of crisp romaine and tender red leaf lettuce tossed with grape tomatoes, crisp bacon, and crunchy homemade croutons.

Greek Salad
A blend of fresh tossed greens with feta cheese crumbles, red onion, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, mild yellow peppers, and kalamata olives. This salad is served with Greek dressing.

Michigan Salad
A crisp blend of romaine and tender red leaf lettuce garnished with toasted pine nuts, dried cherries, English cucumber, and grape tomatoes.

Deluxe Tossed Salad
Fresh blend of crisp romaine and tender red leaf lettuce tossed with grape tomatoes, English cucumber, red onion, sharp yellow cheddar, and crunchy homemade croutons.

Apple Orchard Salad
Tender red leaf lettuce and crisp romaine lettuce drizzled with a creamy poppy seed dressing; garnished with smoked blue cheese crumbles, homemade candied pecans, red onions, and fresh apple.

Potato, Rice and Pasta Selections
Your wedding package includes one choice of potato, rice, or pasta.

Roasted Garlic Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
Homemade whipped red skin potatoes infused with roasted garlic and butter.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Fresh sweet potatoes baked soft and whipped fluffy, then garnished with brown sugar and homemade candied pecans.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes
Fluffy whipped potatoes with sharp yellow cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, and fresh green onions.

Roasted Redskin Potatoes
Red skin potatoes roasted to golden brown perfection seasoned with fresh herbs, spices and garlic, then drizzled with butter.

Au Gratin Potatoes
Sliced potatoes, sautéed onions, and cheddar cheese baked to perfection
in a rich creamy sauce.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Al dente fettuccini served with a rich and creamy alfredo sauce made in house and bursting with fresh Parmesan.

Baked Yukon Gold Potatoes
Golden potatoes baked tender and drizzled with rich and earthly white truffle oil then garnished with extra sharp white cheddar cheese.

Rice Pilaf
White and wild rice cooked in homemade chicken stock with diced onions, carrots, celery and lightly seasoned.

Sour Cream and Chive Risotto
Arborio rice cooked in homemade chicken stock with sour cream and chives until delectably creamy.

Lightly Seasoned Asparagus (seasonally March-October)
Fresh asparagus sautéed to perfection served al dente and lightly seasoned.

Baked Acorn Squash
Fresh  acorn squash baked tender and sweet with  brown sugar and butter served with tart cranberry-orange compote.

Broccoli with Fresh Herbs and Butter
Fresh cut broccoli florets cooked al dente and drizzled with butter and fresh italian herbs.

Green Beans Almandine
Fresh trimmed green beans cooked al dente, tossed in sweet Amaretto orange butter and garnished with freshly toasted almonds.

Green Beans Jackson
Fresh al dente green beans tossed with sautéed red onions, bacon, and fennel seed.

Glazed Baby Carrots
Al dente bay carrots glazed in a sweet and vibrant combination of brown sugar, butter and lemon

Seasoned Green Beans
Fresh green beans lightly seasoned with Italian herbs, served al dente.

Vegetable Medley
Medley of freshly cut broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and baby carrots lightly seasoned and drizzled with butter.

Grilled Zucchini & Yellow Squash
A duet of  freshly cut zucchini and yellow squash grilled with diced red onions, roasted red bell peppers and lightly seasoned.

Hartland Blend
Sautéed button mushrooms, red pepper, and purple onions tossed with fresh cut broccoli florets and lightly seasoned.

Sweet Buttered Corn
Sweet corn drizzled with butter and lightly seasoned.

All-natural chicken breast boldly seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika and then smothered in roasted red bell peppers, crisp bacon, smoked Gouda cheese, and our own hot mustard sauce.

Grilled Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper Cooli
Seasoned grilled all-natural Chicken served with a red bell pepper cooli sauce.

Portabella and Baby Swiss Chicken (Gluten Free)
Pan seared all-natural chicken breast lightly seasoned and smothered in

Certified Angus beef sliders and all beef hot dogs with an assortment of toppings including

Pizza and Breadsticks Station 
Freshly baked variety of thin crust pizzas including cheese, vegetable and pepperoni garlic bread sticks served with marinara and garlic whipped cream cheese.

The Garden

A rustic display where your guests will enjoy making their own trail mix. Includes Chef’s choice assortment of dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, Chex Mix, pretzels and granola.

Old Fashioned Cookies and Milk
A vintage display of favorites including three types of Chef’s choice house-made cookies along with classic Oreo cookies and Nutter Butter cookies served with strawberry, white and chocolate milks.

“That’s A Smoré” Station
Everything you need to treat your guests to fabulous smorés at Cromaine, including allowing them to toast them over a real fire in one of our fireplaces during the winter or on the front lawn of Cromaine lodge in the warmer months.  Something you won’t find anywhere else! 

“Cider Mill Station” Cider and Donuts (seasonal)
Assorted fresh cider mill donuts and local cider made two miles down the road in Hartland.

Cheesecake Bar
